Our technicians do their absolute best to make sure every message is responded to within a timely matter.
Customers are entitled to free technical hardware-related support for the lifetime of their product. Support is provided via phone, email, and/or remote desktop.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. X.solutions not only customizes servers with best-in-class components, we also back them with our two-year warranty for current generation servers (Dell PowerEdge G14 and HP ProLiant G10) and one-year warranty for previous generation servers (Dell PowerEdge G13 and HP ProLiant G9) , so you can purchase with confidence. Refurbished servers have a 6 month warranty. During the warranty period, if your server fails during normal operation, X.solutions will first troubleshoot the server, then at its discretion; provide replacement parts, repair the server, or replace the server. In the case of a repair or replacement, SeverTailor will cover the roundtrip shipping costs.
Returns are accepted within the first 14 days of original delivery. Returns must be shipped in the original box with original packaging material. Returns must be approved by X.solutions customer service. You can use the Contact Us form to request return authorization.
- If there is a hardware issue with the server, X.solutions will provide a full refund once the server has arrived back to our facility and we have confirmed the issue to be hardware related. Shipping costs, from X.solutions to the customer and from the customer to X.solutions will be refunded as well. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the final refund.
- If the server is damaged during shipping, X.solutions will replace the server once it has arrived back to our facility and we have confirmed the damage has occured during transit. X.solutions must be notified of the damage within 2 business days of delivery.
- Returns not related to a hardware issue or shipping damage are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs, from X.solutions to the customer and from the customer to X.solutions will not be refunded.
